Privacy Policy
In compliance with the obligations arising from national (Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, Code for the protection of personal data) and EU legislation, (European Regulation for the protection of personal data no. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, this site respects and protects the confidentiality of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe the rights of users.

Presentation
This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors/users of the site. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it uses it.

Legal basis of the treatment
Important information - This site processes data on the basis of consent. By using or consulting this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary to provide a service.

Data collected and purposes
Information collected Like all websites, this website also makes use of log files in which information collected automatically during users' visits is stored. The information collected may include the following:

- internet protocol (IP) address;
- browser type and device parameters used to connect to the site;
- name of the internet service provider (ISP);
- date and time of visit;
- the visitor's web page of origin (referral) and exit;
- possibly the number of clicks.

Use of information
The above information is processed in an automated form and collected in aggregate only in order to verify the proper functioning of the site, and for security reasons (from 25 May 2018 such information will be treated according to the legitimate interests of the owner).
For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which may be used, in accordance with applicable laws, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to cause damage to other users, or otherwise harmful or criminal activities. Such data is never used for the identification or profiling of the user, but only for the protection of the site and its users (from 25 May 2018 such information will be treated according to the legitimate interests of the owner).

Information collected
If the site allows the inclusion of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, the site automatically detects and records certain data identifying the user, including the email address. This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user at the time of requesting the service. By entering a comment or other information the user expressly accepts the privacy policy, and in particular agrees that the contents entered are also freely distributed to third parties.

Place of processing
The data collected from the site are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller, and at the web hosting data center. The web hosting (Aruba Business Srl - Via Gulinelli 21/A 44122 Ferrara FE, IT), which is responsible for data processing, processing data on behalf of the Data Controller, is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European standards.

Cookie
As it is used on all websites, this site also makes use of cookies, small text files that allow us to store information about visitors' preferences, to improve the functionality of the site, to simplify navigation by automating procedures (e.g. Login, site language) and for the analysis of site usage.

Session cookies are essential to be able to distinguish between connected users, and are useful to prevent a requested functionality from being provided to the wrong user, as well as for security purposes to prevent cyber attacks on the site. Session cookies do not contain personal data and only last for the current session, i.e. until the browser is closed. No consent is required for them.

Choices and obligations You can selectively disable the collection of data by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics component on your browser (opt out).

- Youtube: a platform owned by Google, for video sharing, which uses cookies to collect information from users and browsing devices. The videos on the site do not carry cookies when the page is accessed, since the "advanced privacy (no cookies)" option has been set, according to which YouTube does not store information about visitors unless they voluntarily play the video.

cookie: test_cookie .doubleclick.net is not a permanent cookie, but is used to verify if the user's browser supports cookies.

Social Network Plugin
This site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons for social networks, in order to allow easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. These plugins are programmed so as not to set any cookies when accessing the page, to safeguard the privacy of users. Cookies are set, if so provided by social networks, only when the user makes effective and voluntary use of the plugin. Please note that if the user is logged into the social network then he has already consented to the use of cookies transmitted through this site at the time of registration on the social network.

Data transfer in non-EU countries
important information This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) via social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized according to specific decisions of the European Union and the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in particular Decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield - here the information page of the Italian Guarantor), for which no further consent is required. The above mentioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

Security measures
This site treats user data in a lawful and correct manner, taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. The processing is carried out using computerized and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the owner, in some cases, categories of persons involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, postal carriers, hosting providers, computer companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data.

User rights
In accordance with the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, the User may, in the manner and within the limits provided by current legislation, exercise the following rights:

- request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her (right of access);
- to know their origin;
- receive intelligible communication;
- have information about the logic, methods and purposes of processing;
- to request the updating, rectification, integration, erasure, anonymization, blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data that are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected;
- in cases of processing based on consent, to receive at the sole cost of any support, its data provided to the owner, in a structured and readable form by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
- the right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor - link to the page of the Guarantor);
- as well as, more generally, to exercise all the rights that are recognized by the current legal provisions.

Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller.

If the data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests, the rights of the data subjects to the processing are in any case guaranteed (except for the right to portability which is not provided for by the regulations), in particular the right to object to the processing which can be exercised by sending a request to the Data Controller.

Data Controller
The data controller in accordance with the laws in force is the administrator of the site, VANTO 9 srl, which can be contacted through the CONTACTS section.

Responsible of the treatment
The web hosting Playnet S.r.l. Via Prov.le Lucchese 141 - 50019 Sesto F.no (FI), is appointed as data processor, processing the data on behalf of the owner. Playnet is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European regulations (Playnet privacy policy).
Google is appointed as data processor, processing data on behalf of the owner (Google Analytics).
