2. OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
Through the E-commerce service KIKISIX provides the Customer with a virtual showroom through which it is possible to view and purchase the published products online. The Customer will be able to view the online catalog and the offers of the Supplier but will be able to make purchases from the Supplier only after the acceptance of these conditions of sale.


3. NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP AND CASES OF NON-APPLICABILITY OF CONSUMER PROTECTION REGULATIONS
In accordance with the national and EU laws currently in force, the economic relationship between the Supplier and the Customer is governed by consumer protection legislation only if the Customer purchases for personal purposes unrelated to his work.


4. PRICES
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and expressed in Euro. Prices do not include shipping costs and may be subject to change without notice, such changes will not affect purchases already completed at the date of change.


5. PURCHASE ORDERS
The purchase of what is required will be perfected through the following steps:
By sending the order, the Customer sends the Supplier a proposal for the purchase of the product or products selected. The sending of the purchase order implies the consent (according to art. 10 DL 185/1999 and Dlg 70/2003) to receive the following communications from the Supplier described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. 6. PAYMENTS
The payment by the customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of order confirmation (by Credit Card or PayPal) or by payment method agreed with the company.
In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the number of the credit/debit card or its expiration date) will be forwarded, by encrypted protocol, to PayPal or other banks, which provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to it in any way. Moreover, this information will never be used by the Supplier except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue refunds in the event of any returns of products. The price for the purchase of products and shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged at the time the order is concluded.


7. DELIVERY METHODS
Upon receipt of the goods at home, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages and correspondence with what is indicated in the order previously concluded through the online platform. In case of discrepancies and / or discrepancies will be the responsibility of the customer to note exactly the same on the transport document (bill or waybill).


8 GUARANTEES ON PRODUCTS
The Customer accepts, at the time of purchase, in full, the conditions of commercial warranty and assistance that may be offered by the manufacturers of the purchased items that may be independent of the will of the Supplier who therefore does not respond to these conditions of warranty and assistance. In any case, the Customer may request information about the particular warranty conditions and assistance services offered by the various manufacturers by contacting us by e-mail or through another communication tool provided on the Supplier's website.


9. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
KIKISIX has the obligation to sell on its online shop only products that have never been used and of a quality not inferior to the corresponding standards offered on the market. The characteristics as well as the compositions are described in the product sheet of each item published on the online shop. The images and colors of the products, however, may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and the monitor used.


10. GUARANTEES GIVEN BY THE CUSTOMER
The Customer guarantees, assuming all inherent responsibility and holding the Supplier harmless from any prejudicial consequences, that his data, provided at the time of acceptance of these general conditions, are true and allow to identify the true identity of the Customer who also undertakes to inform the Supplier immediately in writing, even by e-mail, of any change in the data provided.
At the time of registration, the Customer is given an identification code (Username) and a keyword (Password) whose joint use will identify the Customer and allow the latter to make purchases online on the site. The Customer is therefore informed that purchase orders issued through the joint use of Username and Password are valid and binding and that the availability of both by third parties would allow them to issue regular orders that bind the Customer, identified by Username and Password, to accept receipt of the goods ordered and payment of what is due.
The Customer is therefore obliged to keep both the identification code and the password with the utmost diligence, keeping them both secret for the entire duration of the relationship with the Supplier.
The Customer is also informed of the need to communicate to the Supplier a valid e-mail address in order to allow the Supplier to forward order confirmations and any possible communication.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Any information regarding the products sold by the Supplier is based exclusively on the data published and made known by the respective manufacturers, therefore the Supplier himself is not responsible for the correspondence of the goods sold to the specifications published on the site as well as any other publication (periodicals, Internet sites, advertising posters, etc.). The Supplier also declines all liability for malfunctions, interruptions of services, degradation of performance whether or not due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, when they are not directly attributable to the Supplier itself due to its intent or gross negligence.

12. COMMUNICATIONS
The Customer accepts that the notification and communications relating to all online services (including those relating to purchase orders) are made by the Supplier in electronic format email (e-mail) and via Web service, recognizes its full validity and expressly waives as of now to disclaim the content of statements sent and/or received in electronic format. The Customer is informed and accepts that the Supplier keeps File archives on his own systems concerning the traceability of the operations of estimate and order passage and recognizes their validity in order to reconstruct eventual relationships. 13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For all services and e-commerce site applies exclusively the law of the Italian State.
For any controversy that may arise regarding the validity, interpretation, execution, termination of these General Conditions of Sale and/or individual purchase orders, the Court of Florence (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction and no competing courts with express and total renunciation to any other court.

14. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
KIKISIX guarantees the Customer that the personal data acquired in connection with the sale of products will always be processed lawfully and correctly, in full compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and applicable national legislation.
